Hank is a dynamic, multi-faceted trial attorney who specializes in building and trying high stakes, complex cases. He has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements from several of the largest companies in the United States. He practices in both Nevada and California and has gone to trial against companies like Bank of America,  Curaleaf, and MGM Grand.

He was an integral part of a trial team that received a $21.7 Million dollar verdict in an electrocution case. That verdict landed Hank and his co-counsel on Courtroom View Network’s Top 10 Most Impressive Plaintiff Verdicts of 2023. He has also been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and is a member of the National Trial Lawyer’s Top 40 under 40 and Top 10 Business Tort Attorneys. 

Hank received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, majoring in pharmacology, minoring in history, and earning a leadership certificate. Hank also has a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. Hank obtained his law degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While in law school Hank externed for Associate Justice William Bedsworth of the California Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division 3 and the Honorable Mark S. Wallace in the Central District of California Bankruptcy Court. Based on his superior performance as an extern, after graduation Hank clerked for one year for the Honorable Mark S. Wallace in the Central District of California Bankruptcy Court. 

Hank spent over a decade as an ocean lifeguard at Huntington State Beach in Huntington Beach California. In his free time Hank enjoys hiking, running, surfing, and attending concerts and sporting events.
