Mr. Hymanson began his career as a prosecutor and litigated many multi-defendant, high profile, crimes. As a lobbyist he represented the District Attorneys Association, Attorney General’s Office and Law Enforcement agencies at the State Legislature. The Nevada Civil RICO Legislation was first enacted under his watch.

Mr. Hymanson began his civil practice in Las Vegas and became President and Litigation Chair of the oldest incorporated law firm in Nevada. He joined an international law firm and was involved in extensive trial work including 2 trials back to back lasting 9 months. He resigned after 10 years to try a case with his son. After one year at a 700 attorney national law firm, Mr. Hymanson opened Hymanson & Hymanson.
